TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE LA CAMPAÑA “FÉLIX PAGO + ViX PREMIUM”

Este acuerdo establece los términos y condiciones (el “Acuerdo”) entre Félix Pago (“Félix” “nosotros” o “nuestro”) y el Usuario (“tú” o “tu”) como participante en la campaña de promoción conjunta entre Félix Pago y ViX (la “Campaña”).

ViX es un servicio de entretenimiento digital operado por Univision Communications, Inc. y TelevisaUnivision Digital, Inc. (y/o sus afiliadas). El uso de ViX Premium, sus contenidos, funcionalidades y redención de cupones están sujetos a los Términos de Uso de ViX, disponibles en https://vix.com/es-es/legal/terminos-de-uso 

En esta Campaña, Félix Pago actúa únicamente como promotor del cupón y no asume responsabilidad alguna sobre la plataforma ViX, su contenido, disponibilidad, funcionamiento ni redención de cupones. Cualquier disputa respecto al servicio ViX deberá resolverse de conformidad con los Términos de Uso de ViX.

1. Participación en la Campaña

Para participar en la Campaña, debes:

• Ser usuario nuevo de Félix Pago, que realice su primera transacción a través de la página de destino habilitada para la colaboración con ViX.
• Tener al menos 18 años de edad.
• Realizar tu primera transacción por un monto mínimo de USD $50.
• Cumplir con las políticas aplicables de Félix Pago.
• Usar una tarjeta de débito o crédito emitida en los Estados Unidos para el pago.

Félix se reserva el derecho de solicitar información adicional para cumplir con regulaciones de Conoce a tu Cliente (“KYC”) y otros requisitos legales aplicables.

2. Requisitos para recibir cupones de ViX Premium

Para que la participación sea válida y puedas recibir el cupón correspondiente, debes cumplir con todos los siguientes requisitos:

• Tu primera transacción debe ser de mínimo USD $50 y completarse exitosamente.
• Una vez validada, recibirás un cupón de 30 días de ViX Premium con anuncios.
• Los cupones se entregan vía WhatsApp en un plazo máximo de 7 días hábiles después de cumplir los requisitos.
• El cupón debe canjearse en ViX antes del 31 de diciembre de 2026.

Cualquier transacción que sea cancelada, rechazada o que no cumpla con los requisitos establecidos aquí no calificará para esta promoción.

3. Renovación de la promoción

• Podrás obtener un cupón adicional de 30 días por cada mes en el que realices una transacción de USD $150 o más.
• Se otorgará un máximo de 3 cupones por usuario.
• La acumulación de beneficios es mensual; no se entregarán múltiples cupones por varias transacciones en el mismo mes.
• Si en un mes no cumples con el requisito de USD $150, no recibirás cupón en ese mes, pero podrás volver a calificar en el siguiente.

4. Vigencia de la Campaña

La Campaña inicia el 29 de septiembre de 2025 y finaliza el 29 de diciembre de 2025 (periodo de adquisición).

Los cupones otorgados podrán redimirse hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2026. Los cupones no canjeados en esa fecha caducarán automáticamente.

5. Uso prohibido

Está prohibido:

• Participar mediante cuentas duplicadas, fraudulentas o compartidas.
• Revender, transferir o comercializar los cupones de ViX Premium.
• Intentar manipular o abusar del sistema de promociones de Félix Pago.
• Participar si ya eres usuario existente de Félix Pago.
• Crear múltiples cuentas con el mismo individuo o dispositivo.

En caso de detectar fraude o incumplimiento, Félix se reserva el derecho de cancelar la participación y anular los beneficios.

Si realizas actividades que, a nuestro exclusivo criterio, constituyan un uso prohibido o violen este Acuerdo, no serás elegible para recibir la promoción. Nos reservamos el derecho de anular cualquier cupón o entrega de incentivos que (i) parezcan fraudulentos, (ii) hayan sido creados como resultado de una transacción fraudulenta, o (iii) violen este Acuerdo, incluyendo la realización de cualquiera de los usos prohibidos.

6. Limitación de Responsabilidad

Félix no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, punitivos o consecuentes derivados de tu participación en la campaña. 

Félix no es responsable por problemas técnicos, demoras o fallas en la entrega o redención de cupones en la plataforma de ViX.

El uso, contenido y condiciones de ViX Premium se rigen exclusivamente por ViX y sus Términos de Uso.

La responsabilidad de Félix se limita al valor promocional de los cupones entregados.

7. Modificaciones y terminación 

Félix podrá modificar, suspender o dar por terminada la Campaña en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso.

8. Ley Aplicable

Este Acuerdo se regirá por las leyes del estado de Delaware. En caso de disputa, las partes acuerdan someterse a la jurisdicción de los tribunales competentes en el estado de Delaware.

Todas las cuestiones relacionadas con la construcción, validez, interpretación y aplicabilidad de este Acuerdo, o los derechos y obligaciones del Usuario o Félix Pago, estarán regidas por las leyes del estado de Delaware, sin dar efecto a ninguna norma de conflicto de leyes. Todas las acciones, procedimientos y/o litigios relacionados con este Acuerdo se llevarán a cabo exclusivamente en el estado de Delaware. Las partes consienten en la jurisdicción y competencia exclusivas de los tribunales estatales y federales del estado de Delaware con respecto a cualquier acción, disputa u otro asunto relacionado con este Acuerdo.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “FÉLIX PAGO + ViX PREMIUM” CAMPAIGN

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) between Félix Pago (“Félix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the User (“you” or “your”) as participant in the joint promotional campaign between Félix Pago and ViX (the “Campaign”).

ViX is a digital entertainment service operated by Univision Communications, Inc. and TelevisaUnivision Digital, Inc. (and/or their affiliates). The use of ViX Premium, its content, features, and coupon redemption are subject to ViX’s Terms of Use, available at https://vix.com/es-es/legal/terminos-de-uso 

In this Campaign, Félix Pago acts solely as the promoter of the coupon and assumes no responsibility over the ViX platform, its content, availability, performance, or coupon redemption. Any dispute regarding the ViX service must be resolved in accordance with ViX’s Terms of Use.

1. Participation in the Campaign

To participate in the Campaign, you must:

• Be a new Félix Pago user completing your first transaction through the landing page enabled for the collaboration with ViX.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Complete your first transaction with a minimum amount of USD $50.
• Comply with Félix Pago’s applicable policies.
• Use a U.S.-issued debit or credit card for payment.

Félix reserves the right to request additional information to comply with Know Your Customer (“KYC”) regulations and other applicable legal requirements.

2. Requirements to Receive ViX Premium Coupons

To qualify for participation and receive the corresponding coupon, you must meet all the following requirements:

• Your first transaction must be at least USD $50 and successfully completed.
• Once validated, you will receive a 30-day ViX Premium coupon with ads.
• Coupons are delivered via WhatsApp within 7 business days after meeting the requirements.
• The coupon must be redeemed on ViX before February 28, 2025.

Any transaction that is canceled, declined, or fails to meet the requirements set forth herein will not qualify for this promotion.

3. Renewal of the Promotion

• You may obtain an additional 30-day coupon for each month in which you complete a transaction of USD $150 or more.
• A maximum of 6 coupons per user will be granted.
• Benefits are calculated monthly; multiple coupons will not be issued for several transactions within the same month.
• If you fail to meet the USD $150 requirement in a given month, you will not receive a coupon for that month, but you may qualify again the following month.

4. Campaign duration

The Campaign begins on September 29, 2025, and ends on December 29, 2025 (acquisition period).

Coupons granted may be redeemed until December 31, 2026. Coupons not redeemed by that date will automatically expire.

5. Prohibited Usage

The following are prohibited:

• Participating through duplicate, fraudulent, or shared accounts.
• Reselling, transferring, or commercializing ViX Premium coupons.
• Attempting to manipulate or abuse Félix Pago’s promotional system.
• Participating if you are already an existing Félix Pago user.
• Creating multiple accounts with the same individual or device.

In the event of fraud or breach, Félix reserves the right to cancel participation and void the benefits.

Should you engage in an activity that we believe, in our sole discretion, constitutes a prohibited usage or otherwise breach this Agreement, you will not be eligible and will not qualify for the Promotion. We reserve the right to void any Coupon or delivery of Incentives that (i) appear to be fraudulent, (ii) appear to have been created as a result of a fraudulent transaction, or (iii) otherwise breach this Agreement, including by engaging in any one of the Prohibited Usage.

6. Limitation of Liability

Félix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Campaign.

Félix is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or failures in the delivery or redemption of coupons on the ViX platform.

The use, content, and conditions of ViX Premium are governed exclusively by ViX and its Terms of Use.
Félix’s liability is limited to the promotional value of the coupons delivered.

7. Modifications and Termination

Félix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Delaware.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of this Agreement, or the rights and obligations of the User or Félix Pago, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. All actions, proceedings, and/or litigation related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the State of Delaware. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of the State of Delaware with respect to any action, dispute, or other matter arising from this Agreement.
