Vamos construir algo lendário juntos
Ajude-nos a construir o companheiro financeiro para imigrantes latinos nos Estados Unidos, desde a primeira remessa até a vida financeira mais ampla que se segue.
What We Do
Félix started by making remittances as easy as sending a WhatsApp message. Now we’re expanding into broader financial services for Latino immigrants in the U.S., helping families manage money across borders with more trust, speed, and simplicity.
The Félix Way
These aren't values we put on a wall. They're how we make decisions, give feedback, hire, and ship. If something feels off, we check it against these principles.
User- obsession
We have to earn the right to serve our users every day and never take it for granted. We always remember the hard work our users went through to send this money. We are always here for them.
Getting sh*t done with urgency
We have a bias towards action. Champions adjust! We care less about what others are doing and focus on what we want to accomplish.
Extreme Ownership
Each person in the company owns a mission-critical piece of the vision. No weak links. No passengers.
No-ego Collab
We disagree clearly, and we commit once a decision is made. We break silos, we move in lockstep. We are a team, not a group of individuals.
Aim for insanely great
We elevate the quality of our output by caring deeply. We obsess about every customer moment.
Insatiable curiosity
We listen closely to our users and base our assumptions in data. We test assumptions and never take anything for granted. We experiment relentlessly.
Across the
Americas
Our users live between countries. So do we. Félix is built by teams who understand the financial, cultural, and emotional reality of sending money home while building a life in the U.S.

Built Through Execution
Félix did not start with a perfect plan. It started with a real problem and a willingness to do the work up close.
The meeting
Two immigrant engineers met at Wharton. The idea started with lived experience, not theory.
The idea becomes Félix
A remittance experience designed to be more human, more accessible, and built around the way people already communicate.
The first transfer
The first customer sent money through WhatsApp. It worked. She told others.
Félix on the streets
The founders went city to city, meeting people face to face, handing out flyers, listening, learning. Trust was earned directly.
First year of operation
Iteration, adaptation, and rebuilding based on what the community actually needed.
The “Benjaminazo”
A viral moment stress-tested the company. Everyone jumped in to support users. Speed mattered, but reliability mattered more.
Expansion to Guatemala & Honduras
New corridors opened. The problem got bigger. The standards had to rise with it.
Series A
$15.5M raised to keep building and expanding responsibly.
Dominican Republic & El Salvador
More routes, more families connected. Each expansion increases the responsibility.
$1B sent
A meaningful milestone representing real households relying on Félix.
Series B
$75M raised to expand to new countries and build additional financial services through WhatsApp.

“We didn’t start Félix to build another financial app. We started it because millions of Latino immigrants already live their financial lives across borders, but the tools built for them still feel slow, impersonal, and disconnected from their reality. Our job is to build around how people actually communicate, trust, and care for their families.”
