Félix Plus – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Félix Plus subscription
program (“Félix Plus” or the “Program”), offered by Félix Technologies Inc. (“Félix”). By
subscribing to Félix Plus, you agree to these Terms. These Terms do not supersede or override
the Terms and Conditions of any other Felix product.

1. Subscription Overview
‍
● Price: $20.00 per month (plus applicable taxes and fees).
● Current Benefits:
    1. Access to Send Now Pay Later (SNPL) loans of up to $600 with 0% interest.
    2. Access to priority customer support.
    3. 1 Free Flexible Installment Payment per month

2. Eligibility
‍
● You must be a Félix customer in good standing to subscribe.
● Félix reserves the right to deny or revoke membership if you misuse the Program or
violate our policies.

3. Loan Benefit
‍
● Félix Plus subscribers are eligible for SNPL loans up to $600 at 0% APR.
● Loan approval remains subject to Félix’s underwriting policies and may change at any
time.
● Repayment terms and loan agreements are provided separately and remain in effect
regardless of subscription status.

4. Priority Customer Support
‍
● Félix Plus subscribers will receive priority access to customer service channels.
● Response times and service levels may vary.

5. Flexible Installment Payment Benefit
‍
● Félix Plus subscribers may request one (1) flexible installment payment per calendar
month. This benefit does not roll over to subsequent months, and any unused flexible
installment payment cannot be accumulated or carried forward.
● This benefit allows an eligible subscriber to request a one-time rescheduling of a
scheduled loan installment payment by up to seven (7) days. Approval of any request is
subject to Félix’s review and discretion and does not modify the total amount owed under
the loan.
● To be eligible, you must be current on all loan payments at the time of the request and
must submit the request at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled payment date
by contacting Félix’s credit support team via email at ayuda@felixpago.com, WhatsApp,
or phone at (669) 333-3549.
● This benefit is available only while your Félix Plus subscription is active and in good
standing. Félix reserves the right to deny or revoke this benefit if you are delinquent on
any loan, have violated loan terms, or have misused the Program.

6. Third-Party Benefits

● Félix Plus may eventually include benefits from third parties (e.g., VIX).
● Such benefits are subject to the third party’s terms, conditions, and availability.
● Félix is not responsible for third-party services.

7. Changes to Benefits and Pricing
‍
● Félix may add, remove, or modify benefits of the Program at any time.
● Félix may increase or change the subscription price with or without notice.
● Continued use of Félix Plus after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.

8. Billing and Cancellation
‍
● If your subscription begins with a free trial, the subscription will be set to cancel
automatically at the end of the free trial period. Félix will notify you before the free trial
ends and ask whether you wish to continue the subscription. If you explicitly accept to
continue, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and will thereafter renew
automatically each month until canceled.
● All paid Félix Plus subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
● You may cancel anytime by contacting Félix at ayuda@felixpago.com or via WhatsApp
or phone at (669) 333-3549.
● No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods.

9. Termination by Félix
‍
● Félix may suspend or terminate your subscription at any time, with or without cause.
● If terminated by Félix, you will retain access through the end of your current billing
period unless termination is for misuse or violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
‍
● Félix Plus is provided “as is” and “as available.”
● Félix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability
‍
● To the maximum extent permitted by law, Félix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of Félix Plus.
● Félix’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12
months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law
‍
● These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to
conflict of laws.

13. Updates to These Terms
‍
● Félix may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website
or communicated through Félix’s digital channels.
● Your continued subscription after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
