How can you track transfers with Remitly?
If you want to use or have already used the Remitly system to make a transfer, you should know that transfers can be Express or Economy: the former takes anywhere from minutes to a few hours, while the latter takes 3 to 5 business days.
This will depend on the country of origin and destination, as well as the payment method and how the money will be collected, as it can be received in a bank account or as cash through one of our providers.

- Log in to your account and select the "My Transfers" option. From there, choose the transfer you want to track and click "View details." Here you can see the transfer status, meaning whether it is pending, in progress, delivered, or canceled.
The recipient cannot perform this operation; they will only know when the money is available in their account or when the sender is notified that the cash can be picked up.
What is the dollar price at Remitly?
Currently, as of October 2024, the dollar to Mexican peso exchange rate is 19.71 pesos per dollar. This is a promotional exchange rate for your first few transfers.
Additionally, if it is your first time sending money with Remitly, the company will not charge you any additional fees. Keep in mind that transfers are made in dollars, but the money arrives in the local currency of the destination; in this case, the recipient will receive Mexican pesos.
