OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE ACCESS TO A COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE WITH INTERNET TO PARTICIPATE.
1. Eligibility
The Great Christmas Raffle promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of any state in the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor, or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved in the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Promotion are not eligible, nor are the immediate family members of such employees (spouse, parents and stepparents, siblings and stepsiblings, and children and stepchildren) or members of their household (people who share the same residence for at least three (3) months per year, whether or not they are related). The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Sponsor
Sponsor: Felix Technologies Inc. (“Sponsor”).
The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, or the Influencer(s). You are providing your information to the Sponsor, and not to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or the Influencer(s). Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, or the Influencer(s). Participants are strictly prohibited from contacting the Influencer regarding any matter related to the Promotion.
3. Duration
The Promotion begins on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.
4. How to Participate
Participants will be automatically entered into the Great Christmas Raffle when they complete a transaction of $100 USD or more through the Félix platform.
Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. The use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be considered the participant. The authorized account holder is the natural person to whom an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization assigns an email address for the corresponding domain. Potential winners may be required to show proof that they are the authorized account holder. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and does not require the purchase of any Sponsor product.
5. Winner Selection
At the end of the Promotion Period, the winner(s) will be selected at random via a drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION.
7. Verification of Potential Winners
Each potential winner will be notified by email, phone call, or WhatsApp, using the phone number provided at the time of entry, and must respond to said notification within three (3) days of the first contact attempt by the Sponsor. If the Sponsor uses text messaging, the winner will be responsible for any charges or fees associated with such messaging. The Sponsor shall have no liability for winner notifications that are lost, intercepted, or not received for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within three (3) days of the first contact attempt, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, that participant will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected as provided herein. The Sponsor may attempt to select and contact up to three (3) additional alternate winners; if none respond or all are found ineligible, the Prizes may remain unawarded or the drawing may be repeated at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Potential winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential winner fails to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days of being sent by the Sponsor, said winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
If any potential winner is deemed ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize for any reason prior to delivery, said participant will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected as provided herein.
8. Prizes
FIRST PRIZE (One (1) winner): One (1) 2025 FORD F-150 XL truck, 0 miles, black. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $38,000.
SECOND PRIZE (Ten (10) winners): Ten (10) Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max, orange color. ARV: $1,199 each.
THIRD PRIZE: (One hundred (100) winners): 100 prizes of $100 in Félix credits.
The prizes described above (each, a “Prize,” and collectively, the “Prizes”) are non-transferable. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize for one of comparable or greater value, or for cash, for any reason. Prizes may be subject to availability restrictions in certain jurisdictions due to licensing, import, distribution regulations, or other legal restrictions. In such circumstances, the winner may be required to accept an alternative cash prize. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize, as well as all title, license, document, dealer fees, and insurance requirements for the Prize. Payment of taxes derived from the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner must provide the Sponsor with a complete and accurate W-9 form before receiving the Prize. The Sponsor will issue a 1099 Form to the winner, reporting the actual value paid by the Sponsor for the Prize. The Sponsor will further verify the winner's tax identification number with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Any difference between the approximate value and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. The Sponsor is responsible only for the delivery of the Prize, not for its utility, quality, or other aspects. To receive a Prize, the winner may be required to present proof of identity. Additionally, winners may be required to provide additional information reasonably requested by the Sponsor for the delivery of the Prizes. All details and other Prize restrictions not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion.
9. Conditions of Participation and Disclaimer of Liability
By participating, each participant agrees to:
(a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion;
(b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, as well as any other organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Promotion, and all of their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, and representatives, past and present (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities, including, but not limited to, negligence and damages of any kind to persons or property, including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy (by appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light, or any other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of the right of publicity, trademark infringement, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising from or related to the participant's participation in the Promotion, the creation or submission of an entry, participation in the Promotion, the acceptance or misuse of the Prize (including travel or related activities), and/or the dissemination, exploitation, or use of an entry; and
(c) indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to the participant's participation in the Promotion and/or the winner's acceptance, use, or misuse of a Prize.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a Prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor and its designees to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or compensation.
IF THE PARTICIPANT IS SELECTED AS A PRIZE WINNER, THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE INCLUSION OF THEIR NAME ON THE WINNERS LIST AS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control affects the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of civil and criminal laws; if such an attempt is made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the participant's participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize.
If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, destroyed, or corrupted, the participant's sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, provided that, if it is not possible to award another entry due to the discontinuation of the Promotion or any part of it for any reason, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, hold a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of termination for any or all of the Prizes offered. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. If for production, technical, programming, or other reasons more Prizes are made available or claimed than are set forth in these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of Prizes through a random drawing among all eligible, unawarded Prize claims.
13. Disputes
The participant agrees that: (i) any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or related to this Promotion or any Prize awarded, except those related to the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or related to this Promotion or any Prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate state court in the city of Wilmington, Delaware; (iii) any claim, judgment, or award shall be limited to actual costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Promotion, but in no event attorney's fees; and
(iv) under no circumstances will the participant be permitted to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and the participant waives all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues concerning the construction, validity, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

15. Promotion Results
To obtain a copy of the winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Felix Technologies Inc., 201 South Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 1980, Miami, FL 33131. Requests for the winners list will be accepted up to 10 days after the winners are announced.
These Official Rules will be available on the Website during the Promotion Period.
These Official Rules may not be reprinted or published in whole or in part without the prior written consent of the Sponsor. The information provided by each Participant will be used solely for the Promotion. All rights reserved.

For the purposes of these Official Rules, “Influencer” means any individual or entity hired by the Sponsor to create, post, or share content on social media platforms or other digital channels, whose public image, audience reach, or online presence is used to promote the Brand, the Promotion, or related products or services.
