These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) set forth the rules applicable to the promotional campaign titled “Faryd Mondragón Glove Signing” (the “Campaign”), organized by Félix Pago (“Félix,” “we,” or “our”). Faryd Mondragón will participate solely as a special guest of the Campaign.
By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as the Félix Pago Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not participate.
Campaign Duration
The Campaign will be valid from June 2, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. (EST) until June 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (EST) (the “Promotional Period”).
Félix reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the Campaign at any time and at its sole discretion.
Eligibility
To participate in the Campaign, participants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a new Félix Pago user.
- Register for Félix Pago exclusively through the official landing page link shared by Félix.
- Only applies to U.S. users.
- Complete their first successful transaction during the Promotional Period.
- Make a minimum transaction of USD $5.
- Comply with the Félix Pago Terms of Use and applicable policies.
- Use a valid payment method accepted by Félix Pago.
A transaction will be considered “successful” only when the funds have been correctly delivered to the recipient. Canceled, rejected, reversed, or fraudulent transactions, or those subject to chargebacks, will not be considered valid for participation.
Participation Mechanics
All users who meet the requirements described above will be automatically entered into the Campaign for a chance to win a pair of gloves signed by Faryd Mondragón.
The winner will be selected by Félix at its sole discretion using a method Félix deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, a random drawing among eligible participants. There will be one winner determined by a random drawing among new users who send a minimum of $5 USD via the page:
Prize
The prize will consist of:
- One (1) pair of gloves signed by Faryd Mondragón.
The prize:
- Is non-transferable.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
- Will be delivered only to the winner confirmed by Félix.
- Can only be delivered within the United States.
Félix reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of similar value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
Winner Selection and Contact
The winner will be contacted using the information registered in their Félix Pago account.
If the winner:
- fails to respond within the timeframe specified by Félix,
- provides incorrect information,
- or violates any of these terms,
Félix may disqualify them and select a new winner.
Prohibited Use
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Create fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts.
- Attempt to manipulate the Promotion or the selection system.
- Participate using false identities or misleading information.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Participate using automated, fraudulent, or abusive methods.
Any violation may result in immediate disqualification, at the sole discretion of Félix.
Verification and Compliance
Félix may request additional information to verify the identity of participants and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including Know Your Customer (“KYC”) processes.
Refusal to provide such information may result in disqualification.
Limitation of Liability
Félix shall not be liable for:
- technical failures,
- connection issues,
- incomplete registrations,
- human error,
- or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the Promotion.
Félix's total liability related to this Promotion shall be limited exclusively to the value of the prize offered.
Modifications and Termination
Félix may modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion and these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
Modifications will take effect upon their official publication.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Any dispute related to this Promotion shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Delaware.
