- Eligibility: The “Mother’s Day – Win $1,000 USD with Félix Pago” campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is open to all individuals who complete at least one transaction with Félix Pago during the Campaign period. To be eligible, the user must have a credit/debit card issued in the United States. The prize may only be used to send money to Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and the Dominican Republic via Félix Pago. The credit/debit card must be in the winner’s name. Campaign Period: The Campaign begins at xx:xx AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on April 25, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on May 10, 2025. Only transactions completed within this period will be considered for winner selection. Prize: A prize of $1,000 USD will be awarded to each of the 10 users who have completed transactions during the Campaign period. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winner Selection: The 10 winners will be selected randomly from all users who have completed at least one transaction with Félix Pago during the Campaign period. Each transaction made during this period counts as one entry, so the more transactions a user completes, the greater their chances of winning. Winners will be selected through a random process on May 11, 2025. Winner Notification: Winners will be announced on May 12, 2025, via Félix Pago’s official social media channels and/or through direct contact via WhatsApp. Winners must respond within 72 hours of the announcement to claim their prize. If they do not respond within that timeframe, Félix Pago may select an alternate winner. Winner Verification: Winners must sign documentation confirming the legitimacy of their participation and verify that they are the legitimate holders of the bank account and credit/debit card used during the Campaign. This may include a request for official identification and other personal information that Félix Pago deems necessary. Rights Reserved: Félix Pago reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and disqualify any user if fraud, suspicious conduct, or non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions is detected. In the event of disqualification, Félix Pago may select alternate winners. General Conditions: Participation in the Campaign implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as Félix Pago’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign. Félix Pago reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign if, for any reason, it cannot be carried out as planned. Liability and Release: By participating in the Campaign, users agree to release and hold harmless Félix Pago, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind that may arise in connection with participation in the Campaign or the receipt and use of the prize. Privacy: Participants authorize the use of their personal data by Félix Pago for the administration of the Campaign and the delivery of prizes, in accordance with Félix Pago’s Privacy Policy. No personal information will be used for other purposes without the participant’s consent. Disputes: This Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any dispute related to the Campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the participant’s place of residence.
By participating in the Campaign, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Félix Pago.
