This promotion is sponsored by Félix Technologies Inc. (“Félix Pago”, the “Sponsor”, “we”, or “our”). The “$200 MXN FOR NEW SPIN BY OXXO AND FÉLIX PAGO USERS” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is available to all users who complete at least one transaction with Félix Pago during the eligibility period.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION AND MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND REMEDIES, SO IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU READ IT CAREFULLY.
Eligibility
The promotion is open exclusively to Félix Pago customers who meet the following conditions (the “Participant”):
- Be the Sender of a successful money transfer made through Félix Pago services during the Promotion Period (defined below). The beneficiary (recipient) of the remittance must be a New User of the Spin by OXXO mobile application, meaning they have not previously received a transfer from Félix Pago to their Spin by OXXO account before the start of the Promotion Period, and they must have generated and shared the “Request Remittance” link from the Spin by OXXO application with the sender, through which the sender initiated the transaction. The transaction amount must be equal to or greater than $50 USD (fifty US dollars) or its equivalent in the sending currency at the time of the transaction. To be eligible, the user must have a credit/debit card issued in the United States.
Promotion Period
The promotion begins at 00:00 hours (local time of the sender's transaction location) on November 27, 2025, and ends at 23:59 hours (local time of the sender's transaction location) on December 31, 2025.
Transactions made outside of this period will not be eligible.
Reward and Mechanics
REWARD: Eligible Participants who meet all requirements will receive a credit of $200 MXN (two hundred Mexican pesos).
MECHANICS AND CREDIT:
- The Participant (Sender) who sends a minimum remittance of $50 USD to a beneficiary who is a New User of Spin by OXXO will receive the reward. The reward will be automatically credited to the sender within the same transaction, reflected on the corresponding voucher or receipt. No additional action is required from the participant.
REWARD LIMIT AND TRANSACTION ELIGIBILITY:
- A limit of one (1) reward per participant is established during the Promotion Period, applicable only to the first eligible transaction. A “successful transaction” is considered one in which the funds are correctly deposited into the beneficiary's Spin by OXXO account and the amount is equal to or greater than the Minimum Transaction Amount. Rejected, canceled, reversed, or chargeback-subject operations do not qualify for this promotion.
Rights Reserved and Verification
Félix Pago reserves the right to verify the “New User” status of the beneficiary. Félix Pago's decisions regarding eligibility will be final and binding.
LIMITATION OF PARTICIPATION: Any attempt to manipulate the promotion through the creation of multiple accounts, fraud, abuse, or anomalous behavior will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and the cancellation of the reward. Félix Pago may select alternative winners in the event of disqualification due to fraud.
General Conditions
Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the decisions of Félix Pago, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
- Non-Cumulative / Non-Transferable: The reward is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or cumulative with other current promotions or benefits. Restrictions: Promotion valid only for transactions sent from the United States to Spin by Oxxo accounts in Mexico. Does not apply to corporate accounts or employees of Félix Pago or its affiliates. Spin by Oxxo: Spin by Oxxo acts solely as the receiving medium for the transfer and is not responsible for the administration or delivery of the reward. The use, operation, and availability of Spin are governed by its own terms and conditions.
MODIFICATION/TERMINATION: Félix Pago reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion in the event of fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or causes beyond its control.
Liability and Indemnification
Félix Pago will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the user's participation in the Promotion.
By participating in the Promotion, users agree to release and hold harmless Félix Pago, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind that may arise in connection with participation in the Promotion or the receipt and use of the reward.
The total and maximum liability of Félix Pago is limited exclusively to the value of the reward ($200 MXN) granted.
Privacy
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Félix Pago's current Privacy Policy. Participants authorize the use of their personal data by Félix Pago for the administration of the Promotion and the delivery of the reward. No personal information will be used for other purposes without the participant's consent.
Disputes
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Delaware. Any questions or claims must be sent to soporte@felixpago.com within 15 days after the promotion end date.
