Note: This document sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the Félix Pago Referral Program Temporary Initiative called the "$30 + 3 Free Transfers Initiative" (the "$30 + 3 Transfers Initiative"). This initiative is temporary, and its incentives differ from the standard Referral Program. In all matters not modified by this document, the general Terms and Conditions of the Félix Pago Referral Program apply.
Validity: September 1 to October 31, 2026.
This agreement establishes the terms and conditions (the "Agreement") between Félix Pago ("Félix," "we," or "our") and the User ("you" or "your") as a participant in the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative. By participating in the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Félix Pago Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to participate in the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative.
Individuals invited to participate in the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative are referred to as "Referrals."
1. Participation in the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative
To participate in the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative, you must:
- Have completed at least one successful transaction through Félix Pago before referring. A transaction is considered "completed" when the funds are deposited into the beneficiary's bank account or the sent cash is picked up by the beneficiary at the selected location. Transactions subject to subsequent declines or chargebacks will not be considered "successful." Comply with applicable Félix Pago policies, including the requirements set forth in this Agreement and any other applicable agreements. Have no history of chargebacks on previous transactions. Not have been identified by Félix as a user associated with suspicious fraudulent activity or included on restricted user lists, at our sole discretion.
Félix reserves the right to request additional information from both you and your referral to comply with Know Your Customer ("KYC") regulations and applicable legal requirements. Providing this information is mandatory to participate in the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative and receive the corresponding incentives.
2. Requirements for Valid Referrals
For a referral to be valid and for you to receive the corresponding incentive ("Incentive"), your Referral must meet all of the following requirements:
- New user: access the Félix Pago service directly from your unique referral link and register with Félix for the first time through that link. First transfer: complete a money transfer using Félix Pago for the first time with a minimum amount of USD $50 and (i) meet the requirements of the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative, (ii) receive transaction approval from Félix, and (iii) have the recipient successfully receive the transfer (which is considered a "successful transaction"). Payment method: use a debit card or credit card issued in the United States for payment. Identity verification: to prevent fraud, the Incentive will not apply if the Referral uses a card already registered in the Félix system or associated with another account. Validity: the Referral's first transfer must be completed between September 1 and September 30, 2026. Comply with the Félix Pago Terms of Use and any other additional requirements specified by Félix.
Any transaction that is canceled, rejected, or does not meet the requirements set forth herein will not qualify for Incentives.
You must copy the referral link, and you are free to choose how to send it to the referral (e.g., via email, social media, etc.), provided you do so in accordance with this Agreement.
3. Incentives – $30 + 3 Free Transfers Initiative
For each valid referral under this initiative:
For you (the referrer):
- You will receive USD $30 in credit to use on your next transfer, subject to a minimum amount of USD $50 for that transfer. The reward is credited only when the Referral completes their first successful transaction within the initiative's validity period.
For your Referral:
- You will receive three (3) fee-free transfers, including your first transfer. The fee-free transfers are granted upon completing your first successful transaction and are subject to the minimum amount of USD $50 per transfer. You will receive a promotional exchange rate on your first transfer.
Incentives are promotional, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or other benefits.
This $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative is temporary and applies only during its validity period. Félix may modify or terminate the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative at any time, with or without prior notice, in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not participate in the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative in the following ways ("prohibited uses"):
- Referring existing Félix Pago users, including the use of different identities, logins, registrations, or other similar methods. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts, or using cards already registered in the system or associated with another account. Referring individuals under 18 years of age. Participating in the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative in violation of any applicable law or regulation. Making referrals through mass distribution methods or in ways that may be considered unsolicited communications ("spam"). Using the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative for commercial purposes. Participating in the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative in locations where it is prohibited by any applicable law, statute, or regulation.
If you engage in activities that, in our sole discretion, constitute a prohibited use or violate this Agreement, you will not be eligible to receive the Incentive for your Referral's subsequent transfers. We reserve the right to void any Referral or incentive delivery that (i) appears fraudulent, (ii) was created as a result of a fraudulent transaction, or (iii) violates this Agreement, including engaging in any of the prohibited uses.
5. Modifications and Termination
Félix may modify or terminate the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative or this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice. Modifications will take effect upon being posted on the Félix Pago website. Continued participation in the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative after a modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Félix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the $30 + 3 Transfers Initiative. Félix's liability will be limited to the monetary value of the corresponding Incentive.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the state of Delaware.
All matters relating to the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of this Agreement, or the rights and obligations of the User or Félix Pago, shall be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules. All actions, proceedings, and/or litigation related to this Agreement shall be conducted exclusively in the state of Delaware. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of the state of Delaware with respect to any action, dispute, or other matter related to this Agreement.
