This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) between Félix Pago (“Félix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the User (“you” or “your”) as a participant in the Félix Pago Referral Program (the “Referral Program”). By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Félix Pago Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to participate in the Referral Program.
Individuals invited to participate in the Referral Program are referred to as “Referrals.”
- Participation in the Referral Program
To participate in the Referral Program, you must:
- Have completed at least one successful transaction through Félix Pago.
A transaction is considered “completed” when the funds are deposited into the beneficiary’s bank account or the sent cash is picked up by the beneficiary at the selected location. Transactions subject to subsequent declines or chargebacks will not be considered “successful.”
- Comply with applicable Félix Pago policies, including the requirements set forth in this Agreement and any other applicable agreements.
- Not have a history of chargebacks on previous transactions.
- Not have been identified by Félix as a user associated with suspicious fraudulent activity or included on restricted user lists, at our sole discretion.
Félix reserves the right to request additional information from both you and your referral to comply with Know Your Customer (“KYC”) regulations and applicable legal requirements. Providing this information is mandatory to participate in the Program and receive the corresponding incentives.
- Requirements for Valid Referrals
For a referral to be valid and for you to receive the corresponding incentive (“Incentive”), your Referral must meet all of the following requirements:
- Access the Félix Pago service directly from your unique referral link and successfully register with Félix through that link.
- Complete a money transfer using Félix Pago for the first time with a minimum amount of USD $20 and (i) meet the Program requirements, (ii) receive transaction approval from Félix, and (iii) have the recipient successfully receive the transfer (which is considered a “successful transaction”).
- Use a debit or credit card issued in the United States for payment.
- Comply with the Félix Pago Terms of Use and any other additional requirements specified by Félix.
- Complete the transaction within the promotional period (November 15, 2025, to January 31, 2026).
Any transaction that is canceled, rejected, or does not meet the requirements set forth herein will not qualify for the Incentives.
You must copy the referral link and are free to choose how to send it to the referral (e.g., via email, social media, etc.), provided you do so in accordance with this Agreement.
- Standard Incentives
For each valid referral:
- You will receive $20 USD to use on your next transfer, subject to a minimum amount of $20 USD for that transfer.
- Your referral will receive 1 (one) fee-free transaction and a promotional exchange rate valid only for transfers to Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Colombia.
Incentives are promotional, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or other benefits.
- Special Year-End Campaign - November and December 2025
During the Special Year-End Campaign (“Special Campaign”), which will run from November 13 at 12:00 am (EST) to January 31 at 11:59 pm (EST) (the “promotional period”), subject to extension at our sole discretion, Félix Pago is offering additional rewards for referring others to use our money transfer service.
For each valid referral during the promotional period, you will earn the standard $20 USD incentive. However, if you refer three or more people during the campaign period, you will receive a bonus in addition to the standard $20 USD incentive for each referral.
Distribution:
- 3 referrals: $100 USD = $40 USD extra bonus = $60 USD (3 x $20 USD) from the current referral program + an additional $40 USD bonus.
- 6 referrals: $300 USD = $140 USD additional bonus = $120 USD (6 x $20 USD) from the current referral program + the first $40 USD bonus already earned upon completing 3 referrals + an additional $140 USD bonus.
- 10 referrals: $600 USD = $220 USD Grand Prize = $200 USD from the current referral program (10 x $20 USD) + the first $40 USD bonus already earned upon completing 3 referrals + the first $140 USD bonus already earned upon completing 6 referrals + an additional $220 USD bonus.
El incentivo adicional aplica exclusivamente a referencias válidas que cumplan con los requisitos durante el período promocional y se otorgará solo una vez al referir a 3. 6 o 10 personas nuevas que completen una transacción exitosa y no hayan transaccionado anteriormente con la misma tarjeta o mismo número. Esto significa que no se otorgará un incentivo adicional al estándar por referir a 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11 o más personas. En estos casos, solo continuarás recibiendo el incentivo estándar de $20 por cada referencia válida adicional después de las primeras tres.
El incentivo adicional se abonará a tu cuenta 48 horas después de haber completado la meta correspondiente de referidos.
Los incentivos y bonos obtenidos a través del Programa de Referidos y la Campaña Especial son acumulativos. Podrás usar el saldo total de tus incentivos y bonos como crédito y estará disponible en su totalidad hasta el final del periodo de promoción.
Tus referidos anteriores al periodo promocional no participan para esta Campaña Especial.
- Prohibited Use
No puedes participar en el Programa de Referidos de las siguientes maneras (“usos prohibidos”):
- Referring existing Félix Pago users, including the use of different identities, logins, registrations, or other similar methods.
- Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
- Referring individuals under 18 years of age.
- Participating in the Program in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Making referrals through mass distribution methods or in ways that could be considered unsolicited communications (“spam”).
- Using the Referral Program for commercial purposes.
- Participating in the Program in locations where it is prohibited by any applicable law, statute, or regulation.
If you engage in activities that, in our sole discretion, constitute a prohibited use or violate this Agreement, you will not be eligible to receive the Incentive for your Referral's subsequent transfers. We reserve the right to void any Referral or incentive delivery that (i) appears fraudulent, (ii) was created as a result of a fraudulent transaction, or (iii) violates this Agreement, including engaging in any of the prohibited uses.
- Modifications and Termination
Félix puede modificar o terminar el Programa de Referidos o este Acuerdo en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso. Las modificaciones entrarán en vigor al ser publicadas en el sitio web de Félix Pago. La participación continua en el Programa de Referidos después de una modificación constituye tu aceptación de los términos modificados.
- Limitation of Liability
Félix no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, punitivos o consecuentes derivados de tu participación en el Programa de Referidos. La responsabilidad de Félix se limitará al valor monetario del Incentivo correspondiente.
- Governing Law
Este Acuerdo se regirá por las leyes del estado de Delaware. En caso de disputa, las partes acuerdan someterse a la jurisdicción de los tribunales competentes en el estado de Delaware.
Todas las cuestiones relacionadas con la construcción, validez, interpretación y aplicabilidad de este Acuerdo, o los derechos y obligaciones del Usuario o Félix Pago, estarán regidas por las leyes del estado de Delaware, sin dar efecto a ninguna norma de conflicto de leyes. Todas las acciones, procedimientos y/o litigios relacionados con este Acuerdo se llevarán a cabo exclusivamente en el estado de Delaware. Las partes consienten en la jurisdicción y competencia exclusivas de los tribunales estatales y federales del estado de Delaware con respecto a cualquier acción, disputa u otro asunto relacionado con este Acuerdo.
