Terms and Conditions of the "Request your remittance and earn 200 MXN"

This agreement establishes the terms and conditions (the "Agreement") between Félix Technologies Inc. ("Félix Pago", "Félix", "we" or "our") and the User ("you" or "your") as a participant in the Request Your Remittance and Earn 200 MXN Program (the "Program").

For purposes of this Program, "you" or "the User" refers to the beneficiary in Mexico who requests the remittance. Persons in the United States invited to send the remittance through this Program are called "Senders" (or "Referrals").

By participating in the Program, you agree to be subject to the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Félix Pago. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.

1. Participation in the Program

To participate in the Program, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a beneficiary user in Mexico and request a remittance during the Program Period.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Use the request mechanism provided by Félix Pago (via WhatsApp) to send the invitation to your Sender.
• Comply with Félix Pago's policies and terms of use.
• Use a debit or credit card issued in the United States.
• Not have a history of prior chargebacks.
• Not have been identified by Félix as a user associated with suspicious fraud activities or included in restricted user lists, at our sole discretion.

Félix reserves the right to request additional information from both you and your Sender to comply with Know Your Customer ("KYC") regulations and other applicable legal requirements.

2. Requirements to receive the reward

For participation to be valid and for you to receive the $200 MXN reward, your Sender must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a new user at Félix Pago. A person who uses a new phone, new email, or other method to hide their true identity will not be considered a new user.
• Access Félix Pago's service directly from your unique referral link and successfully register at Félix through that link.
• Complete a transaction for a minimum amount of USD $20 (or its equivalent at the current exchange rate).
• The transaction must be completed successfully.
• Use a debit or credit card issued in the United States.
• Not have a history of prior chargebacks.
• The reward will be credited as a new remittance in your name within a maximum of 3 business days after the transaction is completed and disbursed.
• Only one reward will be granted per user.
• If a chargeback is made, the reward will be excluded or reversed.

Any transaction that is cancelled, rejected or does not meet the requirements established here will not qualify for this promotion.

3. Additional conditions

• The reward is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or combinable with other current promotions or benefits.
• The incentive for the Sender (commission-free transaction and promotional exchange rate) has no cash value, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or other benefits.
• Promotion valid only for transactions made from the United States to beneficiaries in Mexico.

4. Program Duration

The campaign begins on October 29, 2025 and ends on November 7, 2025.

5. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to:

• Participate through duplicate, fraudulent or shared accounts.
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse Félix Pago's promotions system.
• Participate if your Sender already had an account with Félix.
• Create multiple accounts with the same individual or device.

In case of detecting fraud or non-compliance, Félix reserves the right to cancel participation and void benefits.

If you engage in activities that, in our sole discretion, constitute prohibited use or violate this Agreement, you will not be eligible to receive the promotion. We reserve the right to void any delivery of incentives that (i) appear fraudulent, (ii) have been created as a result of a fraudulent transaction, or (iii) violate this Agreement, including engaging in any of the prohibited uses.

Improper or fraudulent use may result in suspension or termination of remittance services by Félix Pago.

6. Limitation of liability

Félix Pago will not be responsible for indirect damages or technical failures.

7. Modifications and termination

Félix may modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice.

8. Applicable law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware. In case of dispute, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the state of Delaware.

All matters related to the construction, validity, interpretation and applicability of this Agreement, or the rights and obligations of the User or Félix Pago, will be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without giving effect to any conflict of laws rule. All actions, proceedings and/or litigation related to this Agreement will be conducted exclusively in the state of Delaware. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of the state of Delaware with respect to any action, dispute or other matter related to this Agreement.
