This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions (the "Agreement") between Félix Technologies Inc. ("Félix Pago," "Félix," "we," or "our") and the User ("you" or "your") as a participant in the "Request your remittance and earn 200 MXN" Program (the "Program").
For the purposes of this Program, "you" or "the User" refers to the beneficiary in Mexico who requests the remittance. Individuals in the United States invited to send a remittance through this Program are referred to as "Senders" (or "Referrals").
By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Félix Pago Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.
1. Program Participation
To participate in the Program, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be a beneficiary user in Mexico and request a remittance during the Program Period.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Use the request mechanism provided by Félix Pago (via WhatsApp) to send the invitation to your Sender.
- Comply with Félix Pago's policies and terms of use.
- Use a debit or credit card issued in the United States.
- Have no history of prior chargebacks.
- Not have been identified by Félix as a user associated with suspicious fraudulent activity or included on restricted user lists, at our sole discretion.
Félix reserves the right to request additional information from both you and your Sender to comply with Know Your Customer ("KYC") regulations and other applicable legal requirements.
2. Requirements to Receive the Reward
For your participation to be valid and for you to receive the 200 MXN reward, your Sender must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be a new user to Félix Pago. Anyone using a new phone, new email, or other method to conceal their true identity will not be considered a new user.
- Access the Félix Pago service directly from your unique referral link and successfully register with Félix through that link.
- Complete a transaction for a minimum amount of USD $20 (or its equivalent at the current exchange rate).
- The transaction must be successfully completed.
- Use a debit or credit card issued in the United States.
- Have no history of prior chargebacks.
- The reward will be credited as a new remittance in your name within a maximum of 3 business days after the transaction is completed and disbursed.
- Only one reward will be granted per user.
- If a chargeback occurs, the reward will be excluded or reversed.
Any transaction that is canceled, rejected, or does not meet the requirements set forth herein will not qualify for this promotion.
3. Additional Conditions
- The reward is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other current promotions or benefits.
- The incentive for the Sender (fee-free transaction and promotional exchange rate) has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or other benefits.
- Promotion valid only for transactions made from the United States to beneficiaries in Mexico.
4. Program Duration
The campaign begins on October 29, 2025, and ends on November 7, 2025.
5. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to:
- Participating using duplicate, fraudulent, or shared accounts.
- Attempting to manipulate or abuse the Félix Pago promotion system.
- Participating if your Sender already had a Félix account.
- Creating multiple accounts with the same individual or device.
In the event of detected fraud or non-compliance, Félix reserves the right to cancel participation and void benefits.
If you engage in activities that, in our sole discretion, constitute prohibited use or violate this Agreement, you will not be eligible to receive the promotion. We reserve the right to void any incentive delivery that (i) appears fraudulent, (ii) was created as a result of a fraudulent transaction, or (iii) violates this Agreement, including engaging in any of the prohibited uses.
Improper or fraudulent use may result in the suspension or termination of remittance services by Félix Pago.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
Félix Pago no será responsable por daños indirectos o fallas técnicas.
7. Modificaciones y terminación
Félix podrá modificar, suspender o dar por terminada la Campaña en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso.
8. Ley aplicable
Este Acuerdo se regirá por las leyes del estado de Delaware. En caso de disputa, las partes acuerdan someterse a la jurisdicción de los tribunales competentes del estado de Delaware.
Todas las cuestiones relacionadas con la construcción, validez, interpretación y aplicabilidad de este Acuerdo, o los derechos y obligaciones del Usuario o Félix Pago, estarán regidas por las leyes del estado de Delaware, sin dar efecto a ninguna norma de conflicto de leyes. Todas las acciones, procedimientos y/o litigios relacionados con este Acuerdo se llevarán a cabo exclusivamente en el estado de Delaware. Las partes consienten en la jurisdicción y competencia exclusivas de los tribunales estatales y federales del estado de Delaware con respecto a cualquier acción, disputa u otro asunto relacionado con este Acuerdo.
