Official Rules
The October 2025 Félix Pago Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Félix Technologies Inc. (“Félix Pago,” the “Sponsor,” “we,” or “our”).
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES RELEASES FROM LIABILITY AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED IN ANY WAY WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM OR MESSAGING APPLICATION.
ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to Félix Pago users who are legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama, Alaska, and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) at the time of entry and who possess a valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number (“Participant”).
The Sweepstakes is void in Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Félix Pago, its affiliates, and third parties involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members (i.e., parents, children, spouses, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win. All applicable federal, state, and local laws must be followed. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND DESCRIPTION. The Sweepstakes begins at approximately 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on October 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Sweepstakes Period are invalid. By participating, each participant unconditionally agrees to comply with these “Official Rules” and the decisions of Félix Pago, including the interpretation of these rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are two (2) ways to obtain entries into the Sweepstakes: (i) ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”): Participants will receive one (1) entry with NO PAYMENT OR PURCHASE REQUIRED for each AMOE submitted during the Sweepstakes Period; (ii) TRANSACTION ENTRIES: Participants can also obtain one (1) entry for each successfully completed transaction with Félix Pago during the Sweepstakes Period.
ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”). To enter without completing a transaction, enter your information on our online form located at https://felixweb.webflow.io/promo-registro. See Section 4: Winner Selection for deadlines to submit AMOE entries. Mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted. AMOE entries will be considered equally as transaction entries, being recorded based on the date of receipt. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per entry period for this method.
TRANSACTION ENTRIES. Participants who successfully complete transactions using Félix Pago’s money transfer services during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically earn three (3) entries for each completed transaction. A transaction is considered "completed" when the funds are deposited into the beneficiary’s bank account or the cash sent is picked up by the beneficiary at the selected location. Transactions that are later declined or charged back will not be considered "successful."
Félix Pago will not verify the receipt of entries from participants. We are not responsible for late, misdirected, illegible, or undelivered entries due to system errors, transmission interruptions, technical defects, or other failures.
In case of disputes regarding the identity of who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized cardholder of the card used as the payment method at the time of the transaction. The authorized cardholder is the person whose name appears on the bank statement linked to said card. Potential winners must prove they are the authorized cardholders if requested.
Any false information provided by the Participant in the context of the Sweepstakes, in relation to their identity, address, phone number, email, or non-compliance with these Rules or similar, may result in the immediate removal of the Participant from the Sweepstakes.
Any attempt by a Participant to obtain more entries than permitted by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods, including, but not limited to, automated systems, will void that Participant's entries, and the Participant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at our sole discretion.
WINNER SELECTION. There will be a total of ten (10) winners selected through four random drawings from all eligible entries within four (5) days after the close of each Entry Period. At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Félix Pago will conduct a random drawing to select the ten (10) winners from all eligible entries received during the month (“Entry Period”). Non-winning entries will not be carried over to subsequent period drawings.
ODDS. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each entry period.
PRIZES. Ten (10) winners will be selected in the entry period, for a total of ten (10) prizes. Each prize consists of one (1) iPhone 17 Pro 256GB (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $1,299 USD estimated). The total ARV of all prizes is an estimated $12,990 USD.
WINNER NOTIFICATION. Winners will be notified via WhatsApp and/or email within four (5) days after the drawing, with instructions to claim their prize, including deadlines for submitting documentation. If a selected winner cannot be reached, fails to meet the requirements, or does not claim the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.
All selected winners must:
- Complete, sign, and return a W-9 form, a Declaration or Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Authorization within the time frame specified by Félix Pago before being eligible to receive their prize.
- Sign a document to confirm that they will not dispute the transaction (chargeback) corresponding to the payment or payments related to their participation in the Sweepstakes.
- Verify their identity if they have not done so previously.
- Send a selfie holding the card with which they made their payment(s), making sure to cover all the card numbers with their hand except for the last four digits.
If a potential winner fails to submit the documents within the indicated period, does not accept the prize, if the prize notification or prize is undeliverable, or if the potential winner is ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner who will be randomly selected from all remaining non-winning entries received during the applicable Entry Period, at our sole discretion.
The Sponsor is not responsible nor will be held liable for late, lost, misdirected, or failed attempts to notify winners. If, after a good faith attempt (as determined by Félix Pago), we cannot award or deliver a prize, the prize will not be awarded.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Félix Pago may collect the personal information you provided and use it in accordance with our privacy policy available online at https://www.felixpago.com/legal/politicas-de-privacidad.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, equivalents, or substitutions, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion.
Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without a warranty of any kind, whether express or implied (including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, as well as any other fees or costs associated with the prize received. No more prizes will be awarded than those stated in these Official Rules.
SWEEPSTAKES SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION. In the event that the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes due to an event outside of its control, including but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communication or equipment failures, service or utility interruptions, civil unrest or disobedience, terrorist threats or activities, war (declared or not), interference by any party with the Sweepstakes, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, court order, or other jurisdiction, or any other cause reasonably outside the Sponsor's control (each considered a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), the Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes or the prize.
The Sponsor also reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if causes outside of its control affect the administration, integrity, operation, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
- Disqualify any Participant who is determined, or is suspected, to have:
- Tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes.
- Acted in violation of these Official Rules.
- Demonstrated inappropriate or unethical behavior.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any participating company or prize provider, webmasters, and website providers, as well as all of their respective officers, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or to property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize, from participation in this Sweepstakes, or from any activity related to the Sweepstakes, or for any printing, production, typographical, human, or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize.
Except where legally prohibited, by accepting a prize, the winner grants (and agrees to confirm that authorization in writing) permission to the Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use their name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for advertising, commercial, and/or promotional purposes without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet, without prior notice, review, or approval. (Residents of Tennessee will not be required to sign an Authorization as a condition of receiving a prize).
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Participant grants the Sponsor and its designees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, perform, translate, adapt, modify, feature, and otherwise use the Participant's entry without restrictions, compensation, notification, or additional consent from the Participant or third parties. The Participant warrants that they have the exclusive right to grant such rights to Félix Pago and that our reproduction, publishing, display, or other use of the entry will not infringe the rights of third parties, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights, nor will it create claims for breach of contract anywhere in the world. The Participant agrees that Félix Pago is not obligated to copy, publish, display, or exploit the entry in any way.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE WWW.FELIXPAGO.COM OR FROM THE DOWNLOADING OR PRINTING OF MATERIALS DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CONSULT LOCAL LAWS FOR RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS ON THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
GOVERNING LAW. All matters and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of any Participant, Sponsor, and/or any of the Released Parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules that would cause the application of the laws of a jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware.
All actions, proceedings, and/or litigation related to this Sweepstakes will be initiated and processed exclusively in the State of Delaware. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and territorial competence of the state and federal courts in the State of Delaware for any action, dispute, or matter related to this Sweepstakes.

Requests must be sent no later than 30 days after the end of the sweepstakes. Please note that copies of the Official Rules or the Winners List will only be provided upon request and will not be automatically available.
MISCELLANEOUS. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Affidavit will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules or the Affidavit is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed according to their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not included.
The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Participants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguities in these Official Rules. Headings are provided for reference convenience only and will not be considered to affect, in any way, the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision thereof.
In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the disclosures or other statements contained in any material related to the Sweepstakes, privacy policy, or website terms of use, and/or the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control, and any discrepancy will be resolved at the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.
