Eligibility:
The "SPIN BY OXXO AND FÉLIX – PROMOTIONAL EXCHANGE RATE FOR 2ND AND 3RD TRANSACTIONS" campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is a promotion between Félix Technologies Inc. ("Félix Pago") and Spin by Oxxo, through which an exchange rate benefit is granted to eligible users.
To participate in the Campaign, the user must meet all of the following requirements:
- Have an active and verified account with Félix Pago. Have a credit/debit card issued in the United States. Be identified by Félix Pago as a "Spin Provided" user (having reached Félix through the Spin by Oxxo application via the "request remittance" link generated and shared by the beneficiary). Have completed at least one (1) previous transaction to Spin by Oxxo during the Campaign period. Comply with all KYC (Know Your Customer) policies and processes and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Félix Pago reserves the right to request additional information to comply with regulations and other applicable legal requirements.
Campaign Period:
The Campaign is currently active and may be subject to changes or termination as indicated in the Modifications and Termination section.
FX Benefit:
Eligible users will receive a 0.8% (zero point eight percent) increase in the exchange rate applied to the base rate in effect at the time of the transaction.
- The benefit applies only if the transaction corresponds to the user's second (2nd) or third (3rd) transaction. The benefit is reflected directly in the transaction confirmation experience. The transaction must be made using a flow identified as Spin Provided and completed successfully. Cancelled, rejected, or reversed transactions, or those that do not comply with these Terms, will not be eligible.
Prohibited Use and Disqualification:
Participation is prohibited through:
- The creation of duplicate, fraudulent, or shared accounts. The manipulation of Félix Pago systems to obtain undue benefits. The simulation of transactions with the intention of taking advantage of the promotion.
Félix Pago reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and disqualify any user if it detects fraud, suspicious conduct, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Additional Conditions Regarding Spin by Oxxo:
Spin is a digital financial services platform managed by its respective operators. The use, operation, and availability of Spin are governed by its own terms and conditions.
Félix Pago acts solely as the promoter of the FX benefit and is not responsible for the operation of Spin, service interruptions, or Spin's internal policies.
Rights Reserved:
Félix Pago reserves the right to cancel the benefit and disqualify any user in the event of fraud or non-compliance with these conditions. Félix Pago may request official identification and other personal information it deems necessary to verify participation.
General Conditions:
Participation in the Campaign implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the decisions of Félix Pago, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign. Félix Pago reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign if, for any reason (commercial, technical, or regulatory), it cannot be carried out as planned.
Liability and Exoneration:
Félix Pago will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the user's participation in the Campaign.
By participating in the Campaign, users agree to release and hold harmless Félix Pago, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind that may arise in connection with participation or the use of the benefit. Félix Pago's total liability is limited exclusively to the value of the additional FX benefit granted.
Privacy:
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Félix Pago's current privacy policy. Participants authorize the use of their personal data by Félix Pago for the administration of the Campaign and the delivery of the benefit. No personal information will be used for other purposes without the participant's consent.
Disputes and Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute related to the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of said state.
By participating in the Campaign, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Félix Pago.
