Terms and Conditions for the "August 2025 - $100 USD Sweepstakes" Campaign

‍Eligibility

The "August 2025 - Win $100 USD with Félix Pago" campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is available at no additional cost to all users who complete at least one transaction with Félix Pago during the Campaign period. To be eligible, the user must have a credit/debit card issued in the United States. The prize can only be used to send money to Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Nicaragua through Félix Pago.

The credit/debit card must be in the winner's name.

Campaign Period

The Campaign begins at 11:59 AM U.S. Eastern Time (EDT) on August 5, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM U.S. Eastern Time (EDT) on August 31, 2025. Only transactions completed within this period will be considered for the winner selection.

Prize

A prize of $100 USD in credits will be awarded to each of the 100 users who make transactions during the Campaign period. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The prize will be credited to your account and will be available for use on Mondays of each week during the promotional period.

Winner Selection

The 100 winners will be selected randomly from all users who complete at least one transaction with Félix Pago during the Campaign period. Each transaction completed during this period will count as one entry, so the more transactions a user completes, the higher their chances of winning.

The winners will be selected through a random process on September 2, 2025.

Winner Notification

Winners will be announced on September 2, 2025, via Félix Pago’s official social media channels and/or through direct contact via WhatsApp and email. Winners must respond within 72 hours of the announcement to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within this timeframe, Félix Pago may select an alternate winner.

Winner Verification

Winners will be required to sign documentation confirming the legitimacy of their participation and to verify that they are the legal owners of the bank account and credit/debit card used during the Campaign. This may include a request for official identification and other personal information deemed necessary by Félix Pago.

Reserved Rights

Félix Pago reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and to disqualify any user if it detects fraud, suspicious conduct, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a disqualification, Félix Pago may select alternative winners.

General Conditions

Participation in the Campaign implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the decisions of Félix Pago, which are final and binding on all matters related to the Campaign. Félix Pago reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign if, for any reason, it cannot be conducted as planned.

Liability and Release

By participating in the Campaign, users agree to release and hold Félix Pago, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective directors, executives, employees, and agents, harmless from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind that may arise in connection with participation in the Campaign or with the receipt and use of the prize.

Privacy

Participants authorize the use of their personal data by Félix Pago for the administration of the Campaign and the delivery of prizes, in accordance with Félix Pago's Privacy Policy. No personal information will be used for other purposes without the participant's consent.

Disputes

This Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any disputes related to the Campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the participant’s place of residence.

By participating in the Campaign, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Félix Pago.
