Can I receive surveys or interviews from Félix Pago?
Yes. Occasionally, Félix Pago may invite you to participate in a survey or interview to improve our service. We will only contact you through our official number: via WhatsApp or a phone call at +1 (669) 333-3549.
How does Félix Pago contact you for surveys or interviews?
Félix only uses two channels for this type of contact:
- WhatsApp: from the official number +1 (669) 333-3549.
- Phone call: from the same number +1 (669) 333-3549.
If you receive an invitation to a survey or interview from any other channel, such as email, social media, or a different number, it is not from Félix.
Félix Pago will never ask you to participate in surveys or interviews from a channel other than our official WhatsApp or call at +1 (669) 333-3549. If you have doubts about whether a contact is legitimate, message us directly on WhatsApp to confirm.
What information might Félix ask for in a survey or interview?
Félix surveys and interviews are to learn about your experience with our service. We will never ask for passwords, bank details, or payment information in this context.
