In the event of non-compliance, Félix Pago may, at its sole discretion:

The user declares that their account belongs to a single individual.

Félix Pago acts exclusively as a money transfer service provider and, where applicable, as the provider of the promotional exchange rate adjustment, without assuming any responsibility for services provided by third parties.
Consequently, Félix Pago is not responsible for, nor does it guarantee:
- The availability, location, or continuity of payment or withdrawal points;
- Processing times, delivery, or fund availability by third parties; and
- The operation, functionality, or quality of service of third-party establishments.
Félix Pago makes no representations or warranties regarding the services provided by Grupo Walmart, and any claims related to such services must be directed to the corresponding provider.
- Modifications and Termination
