Official Rules
The San Diego FC Double Pass Giveaway x @vinny_the_twister (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Felix Technologies Inc. ("Félix," the "Sponsor," "we," or "our") and is conducted through Instagram, in collaboration with influencer @vinny_the_twister (the "Influencer") and Félix's official profile @felixpago.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES RELEASES FROM LIABILITY AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED IN ANY WAY WITH INSTAGRAM, META, OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM OR MESSAGING APPLICATION.
1. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of Southern California, United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, and who have a public Instagram account ("Participant").
Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Félix, the Influencer, their affiliates, and third parties involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members (i.e., parents, children, spouses, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws must be followed. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND DESCRIPTION. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 22, 2026, and ends at 1:00 p.m. PT on October 23, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Sweepstakes Period are invalid. By participating, each Participant unconditionally agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Félix, including the interpretation of these rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
3. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY.
To enter, a Participant must, during the Sweepstakes Period:
- Follow Félix's official Instagram account, @felixpago.
- Leave a comment on the official Sweepstakes post on the Instagram profile @vinny_the_twister.
Each Participant is entitled to one (1) entry; additional comments will not earn additional entries. Entries that do not meet both requirements are not eligible.
Félix will not verify the receipt of entries. We are not responsible for late, misdirected, illegible, or undelivered entries due to system errors, transmission interruptions, technical defects, deletion of the comment, or other failures.
Any false information provided by the Participant regarding their identity, place of residence, or Instagram account, or non-compliance with these Rules, may result in immediate removal from the Sweepstakes.
Any attempt by a Participant to obtain more entries than permitted through multiple accounts, identities, fake profiles, bots, or any other automated system will void that Participant's entries, and the Participant may be disqualified at our sole discretion.
4. WINNER SELECTION. There will be one (1) winner, selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place live on Instagram Stories on the profile of influencer @vinny_the_twister (the “Influencer”) on Friday, October 23, 2026. Non-winning entries will not be carried over to any other drawing.
5. ODDS. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
6. PRIZE. One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) double pass (two tickets) to attend the San Diego FC match to be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026, in San Diego, California. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $200 USD per ticket; total ARV of the prize: $400 USD.
THE PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL ALLOWANCES OR EXPENSES FOR TRANSPORTATION, LODGING, MEALS, PARKING, OR ANY OTHER EXPENSE NOT SPECIFIED IN THESE RULES. Such expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY. The winner will be announced during the live broadcast and notified by instagram direct message and, email, at the address they provide to Félix for this purpose. The prize tickets will also be delivered by email. If the winner does not respond within eight (8) hours, or fails to meet these requirements, an alternate winner will be selected through a new random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure they have access to their email and Instagram account during that period.
The winner must:
- Confirm that they are over eighteen (18) years of age and a resident of Southern California.
- Still be following the @felixpago account at the time of verification.
- Complete, sign, and return, within the time frame specified by Félix, any requested forms (for example, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Authorization and, if applicable, the relevant tax form).
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID to the match.
The Sponsor is not responsible nor will be held liable for late, lost, misdirected, or failed attempts to notify the winner. If, after a good faith attempt (as determined by Félix), we cannot award or deliver the prize, the prize will not be awarded.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Félix may collect the personal information you provided and use it in accordance with our privacy policy available online at https://www.felixpago.com/en/legal/privacy-policy. The information will be used solely for the purposes of this Sweepstakes.
8. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, equivalents, or substitutions, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. Tickets are subject to the terms and policies of San Diego FC and the venue.
The prize is awarded "AS IS" and without a warranty of any kind, whether express or implied (including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
If the match is canceled, modified, or postponed by the match organizers, Félix will not be responsible for refunds, compensation, or substitution of the prize.
The winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, as well as any other fees or costs associated with the prize received. No more prizes will be awarded than those stated in these Official Rules.
9. SWEEPSTAKES SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION. In the event that the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes due to an event outside of its control, including but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communication or equipment failures (including failure or suspension of Instagram or the Influencer's or Félix's accounts), service or utility interruptions, civil unrest or disobedience, terrorist threats or activities, war (declared or not), interference by any party with the Sweepstakes, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, court order, or any other cause reasonably outside the Sponsor's control (each considered a "Force Majeure" event), the Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes or the prize.
The Sponsor also reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if causes outside of its control affect the administration, integrity, operation, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
- Disqualify any Participant who is determined, or is suspected, to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acted in violation of these Official Rules, or demonstrated inappropriate or unethical behavior.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Influencer, their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any participating company or prize provider (including San Diego FC and the venue), webmasters, and website providers, as well as all of their respective officers, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or to property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, from participation in this Sweepstakes, or from any activity related to the Sweepstakes, or for any printing, production, typographical, human, or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of the prize.
Except where legally prohibited, by accepting the prize, the winner grants (and agrees to confirm that authorization in writing) permission to the Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use their name, Instagram handle, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for advertising, commercial, and/or promotional purposes without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet, without prior notice, review, or approval. This authorization does not include the use of artificial intelligence to digitally create or alter the winner’s voice, image, or likeness in a way that falsely suggests words, actions, or endorsements the winner did not make or take (including “deepfake”-style content).
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Participant grants the Sponsor and its designees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, translate, adapt, modify, feature, and otherwise use the comment submitted as an entry, without restrictions, compensation, notification, or additional consent. The Participant warrants that they have the right to grant such rights and that such use will not infringe the rights of third parties. Félix is not obligated to copy, publish, display, or exploit the entry in any way.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE WWW.FELIXPAGO.COM OR INSTAGRAM, OR YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE MATCH. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CONSULT LOCAL LAWS.
12. GOVERNING LAW. All matters and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of any Participant, Sponsor, and/or any of the Released Parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
All actions, proceedings, and/or litigation related to this Sweepstakes will be initiated and processed exclusively in the State of Delaware. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and territorial competence of the state and federal courts in the State of Delaware for any action, dispute, or matter related to this Sweepstakes.
13. WINNER'S NAME. To obtain a copy of the Official Rules or the winner's name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Felix Technologies Inc., 201 South Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 1980, Miami, FL 33131. Requests must be sent no later than 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes. Copies will only be provided upon request and will not be automatically available.
14. MISCELLANEOUS. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, which will remain in effect and be construed as if the invalid or illegal provision were not included. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Participants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguities in these Official Rules. Headings are provided for reference convenience only.
In case of any discrepancy between the disclosures or other statements contained in any material related to the Sweepstakes (including Influencer posts), the privacy policy, or the website terms of use, and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, and any discrepancy will be resolved at the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.
