1. Nature of the Promotion
This promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by Félix Technologies Inc. (“Félix Pago”). It consists of a fixed discount of $1.50 USD on the fee for each eligible transaction to Ecuador, subject to the conditions set forth in these Terms & Conditions.
This discount:
- Applies to every transaction that meets the requirements of Sections 2 and 3 during the Validity Period.
- Does not constitute an acquired right and is not part of Félix Pago’s standard pricing model.
- Is reflected in the fee shown before the user authorizes the payment and on the transaction receipt.
Fee clarification note: The standard base fee for transfers to Ecuador is $3.99 USD plus a variable charge of 1.1% of the amount sent. The $1.50 USD discount is applied to the total fee amount. The resulting fee will never be less than $0.00 USD.
Example: for a $200.00 USD transfer, the standard fee is $6.19 USD ($3.99 + $2.20). With the discount, the user pays a fee of $4.69 USD.
2. Eligibility
To participate, the user must:
- Have an active Félix Pago account.
- Comply with Félix Pago’s internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable terms.
- Complete an eligible transaction in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
- Have at least one previously completed transaction to any destination country. The Promotion does not apply to the user’s first transaction, which is subject to the current first-transaction promotion and its own Terms & Conditions.
Félix Pago reserves the right to request additional information or documentation at any time to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. This includes, without limitation, Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and Money laundering prevention and counter-terrorism financing (AML/BSA/OFAC) procedures, as well as for fraud prevention or risk management purposes.
The discount will not apply to transactions that violate these Terms & Conditions, as provided in Sections 8 and 9.
3. Transaction Requirements
For a transaction to be eligible, it must meet the following requirements:
- The destination country must be Ecuador;
- It must be made only on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays within the Validity Period;
- It must be processed through Banco Guayaquil (via cash pickup or bank deposit delivery methods) or PeiGo (via digital wallet delivery method); and
- It must be successfully completed.
Cancelled or rejected transactions, as well as those that fail to meet any of these requirements, will not be eligible.
4. Validity Period
The Promotion will be valid from Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 12:00 AM until Sunday, January 3, 2027, at 11:59 PM, Central Time (CT), or until it is modified or terminated in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The Thursdays through Sundays mentioned in Section 3 are determined according to Central Time (CT).
5. Fee Discount
Eligible users will receive a discount of $1.50 USD off the total applicable fee (base fee plus variable charge) on each eligible transaction.
Important:
- The standard fee amount varies depending on the amount sent, in accordance with Section 1.
- The discount applies only to the transaction fee.
- The fee, with the discount applied, will be shown to the user before they authorize the payment and will be included in the transaction receipt, in accordance with applicable law.
6. Non-Stackability
This Promotion cannot be combined with any other active promotion, coupon, special discount, incentive, or user benefit. Only one promotional discount or benefit will be applied per transaction.
7. Limits
The Promotion does not set a maximum number of transactions per user. The discount applies to each eligible transaction made during the Validity Period by users with an active account that is not blocked or restricted for fraud or regulatory compliance reasons, in accordance with Sections 8 and 9.
Transactions are subject to Félix Pago's current sending limits, which depend on the user's identity verification level. The applicable limits can be consulted at https://www.felixpago.com/ayuda/cuales-son-los-limites-de-envio-de-dinero-en-felix-pago.
If the Promotion ends early, the provisions of Section 11 will apply.
8. Compliance, Fraud Prevention, and Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to:
- Use duplicate, fraudulent, shared, or third-party accounts.
- Manipulate or abuse the system or promotions, including the use of automated processes, bots, or other similar mechanisms.
- Generate, use, or control multiple accounts associated, directly or indirectly, with the same user, device, IP address, or payment method.
If a breach is detected, Félix Pago may, at its sole discretion:
- Deny or withdraw the discount.
- Cancel or reverse fraudulent transactions.
- Audit account activity.
- Suspend or cancel accounts.
The user declares that their account belongs to a single individual.
9. Regulatory Compliance (AML/BSA/OFAC)
Félix Pago may:
- Hold, block, or report transactions.
- Request additional information.
- Deny operations without prior notice.
This may occur due to regulatory obligations and does not constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Blocked or pending transactions will not be eligible for the discount.
10. Relationship with Banco Guayaquil and PeiGo
Banco Guayaquil acts as the paying partner for the Promotion in the Republic of Ecuador (the "Partner"). The PeiGo digital wallet is operated directly by Banco Guayaquil and does not constitute an independent entity or partner. Banco Guayaquil's status as a Partner does not imply that it is an agent, legal representative, or corporate affiliate of Félix Pago; each entity operates under its own terms, conditions, hours, and service availability, which may be modified at any time without prior notice. The use of the Banco Guayaquil and PeiGo trademarks, names, and logos in these Terms and in the Promotion's promotional material is authorized in writing by said entities.
Félix Pago acts as the provider of the money transfer service and the fee discount. Consequently, Félix Pago does not guarantee:
- The availability, location, or continuity of payment, withdrawal, or wallet/account credit points;
- Processing times, delivery, or fund availability by third parties; nor
- The operation, functionality, or service quality of third-party platforms or establishments.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, and the rights granted to the user by applicable law, including those regarding cancellation and error resolution, Félix Pago, as the money transfer service provider, will address cancellation requests and error reports related to transactions, including those attributable to the paying institution. 11. Modifications and Termination
Félix Pago may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, as well as update these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any modification will apply only to future transactions that have not yet been confirmed by the user.
Once the user has confirmed a transaction and received the corresponding confirmation screen, Félix Pago will not modify the conditions applicable to that transaction, including the displayed fee.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Félix Pago may cancel, reverse, or adjust already confirmed transactions in the following cases:
- fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Promotion;
- technical, operational, or pricing errors; or
- compliance with legal obligations or requirements from regulatory or competent authorities.
The foregoing is without prejudice to the rights granted to the user by applicable law, including those related to cancellation and error resolution.
Modifications to these Terms & Conditions will become effective upon their publication or update on Félix Pago's official channels.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and without prejudice to the rights granted to the user by applicable law, including those related to cancellation and error resolution:
- Félix Pago's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the use of the Promotion or the service shall be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
- Félix Pago shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunities, or reputational damage, even if such damages were foreseeable.
- The service and the Promotion are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Without limiting the foregoing, Félix Pago shall not be liable for delays, failures, or inability to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control. These causes include, without limitation: technical or system failures, network interruptions, acts or omissions of third parties (including financial institutions or providers), market conditions, and legal or regulatory requirements.
13. Availability and Support
- The Promotion is available to users located in the United States, in states where Félix Pago is duly authorized to operate money transmission services, either directly under its own license or as an authorized agent of a duly licensed entity.

14. Privacy
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Félix Pago Privacy Notice, available at https://www.felixpago.com/legal/politicas-de-privacidad.
15. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. This includes any matter relating to their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination.
16. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions supplement the general Félix Pago Terms of Service, the Privacy Notice, and any applicable arbitration agreement. In the event of a conflict, the general Terms of Service shall prevail.
- If any provision is found to be invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
- Failure to exercise rights does not constitute a waiver.
- Electronic acceptance constitutes binding consent.
17. Acceptance
By participating in the Promotion, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
